1. During a telephone conversation, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to pay an official visit to Turkmenistan. During the conversation, the parties highly assessed the current level of bilateral relations based on the principles of equality, good neighborliness and mutual respect. It was noted that cooperation between the countries is actively developing in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
2. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. During the conversation, the parties noted with satisfaction the fruitful nature of Turkmen-Pakistani cooperation in a wide range of areas, including political and diplomatic, cultural and humanitarian, trade and economic, energy and transport and communications. The parties emphasized the need to further strengthen the bilateral partnership and fill it with new content.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the Balkan velayat, where he got acquainted with the projects of new facilities planned for construction on the coast of the Caspian Sea. During the trip, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone, where he was presented with projects for the further development of the coast and the construction of various facilities. Particular attention was paid to preparations for the upcoming international events planned to be held in this region.

During his working visit to the Balkan velayat, the National Leader of the Turkmen people visited the construction site of a new two-lane automobile bridge on the Turkmenbashy-Garabogaz-Kazakhstan border highway in a sports car. "This facility is of international importance. This will provide favorable conditions for the active integration of the country into the global economic space and create more favorable conditions for strengthening cooperation with foreign countries," Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted.
5. Turkmenistan Airlines has extended the suspension of flights from Ashgabat to Moscow until May 2025. "Turkmenistan Airlines informs that regular flights on the Ashgabat-Moscow-Ashgabat route have been cancelled until April 30, 2025. To arrange a forced refund, please contact the place where you purchased your ticket," the general agent of Turkmenistan Airlines in Russia said in a statement.

The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on Friday discussed preparations for the upcoming summit of Central Asian countries and the European Union, which will be held in Samarkand on April 3-4.
